Acqua Residences, Excusive Condos Jaco Beach
From the moment one enters the massive guarded gates of Acqua Residences he feels an unmatched feeling of safety and security unrealized anywhere else in Central America. Soon after, as our guests pass by the countless varieties of lush tropical flora and fauna, one is overcome by the aroma of intermingled floral scents which tempt and satisfy the entire range of native tropical aromas.
Parking at the porte cochere, guests hear the gentle waterfalls, and flowing water beneath their feet as they walk through more lushly landscaped water features and into the massive open air reception area where their personal concierge welcomes every guest with a smile and an engaging attitude of welcoming helpfulness in a relaxed manner reminescent of one's most endering fantasies of belonging.
Following a smooth and uncomplicated check in, our guest is given an electronic sensor key which allows access to the more secure areas of probably the most secure building in the entire country. Strolling beyond the public indoor / outdoor lounges on either side of the reception area, you encounter the massive wooden door. If not for your electronic sensor, this would be your last point of access in Acqua provided you were fortunate enough to even be admitted through the front guarded gates. Of Course, as an invited guest, your electronic sensor lets the state of the art security features know that you are a special "access granted" guest. Once the massive wooden door is open, you are admitted into the private elevator area to be whisked to the 5th
floor direct oceanfront unit. There will be ample time later on to explore the fully equipped fitness gym and various social and private party areas of the first floor a little later. Once off the elevator, you will be surrounded by a private vestibule with double french doors on either side providing breathtaking ocean and beach views. The only Condominium connecting directly to the 1000 square foot vestibule is your new paradise away from home, Unit 506. as you unlock the door and open for the first time you will be absolutely overwhlmed by the jaw dropping quality of interior furnishings and views which are before you. Best of all, this is you home for the remainder of your stay. Every room of this 2200 sq foot luxury condo, fit for a Pharaoh and his Princess, boasts direct ocean frontage with 
incomparable 180 degree views or side ocean views of sand, sea, sky, and the most incredible sunsets ever.
